PAN TRINBAGO CONGRATULATES DR. MERLE ALBINO-DE COTEAU

Congratulations are in order to Mrs. Merle Albino-De Coteau HBM who was recently awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Fine Arts from the University of Trinidad & Tobago. 

Mrs. Albino-De Coteau served Pan Trinbago in a many capacities ie Adjudicator, Arranger, and Lecturer. She hold the distinction of being first female arrange.  

She is a former Director of Culture in the then Ministry of Community Development & Women’s Affairs. 

Dr. De Coteau is the recepient of several awards for her contribution to culture in the fields of steelpan and calypso.
