FLASH BACK - Laying of Foundation Stone 1993

This photo was taken at the laying of the foundation at St. Paul Street, Est Dry River, Port of Spain in 1993.  The stone was laid to commemorate the location of the founding of the steelband movement in Trinidad and Tobago.
